Hi! I’m Beth Dandy and it’s great to meet you!
I have spent the better part of my career inside busy legal departments and executive offices, supporting some of the most demanding attorneys and C-suite leaders around. Over the years I've worked with corporations, law firms, entrepreneurs, and executives — and I've learned that what they all have in common is this: they need someone they can truly count on.
That's where I come in.
Through The Dandy Co., I provide virtual paralegal, legal operations, and executive support on a flexible contract basis — which means you get senior-level expertise exactly when you need it, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. My work is 100% remote, and I've been doing it that way since 2020.
My specialty is employment law — I work primarily with employment attorneys and mediators — but my background also includes legal operations management, e-billing, and C-suite executive support at major Fortune 500 companies. So whether you need paralegal help on an employment matter, someone to own your legal billing operations, or a trusted executive partner for your practice, I've done it all.
I live in Las Vegas, NV, and work alongside my two very important co-workers: Seven (a very bossy cat queen) and Raffi (typical orange cat energy). They keep me humble.
